"Aualm", 6-room chalet 150 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed and shower/WC. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, dining nook and satellite TV. Shower, sep. WC, Sauna. Upper floor: 4 rooms, each room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Underfloor heating. Wooden floors. Balcony, terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Beautiful panoramic view. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 pet/ dog allowed. In summer the huts can be reached by car. In winter, ascent with the lift, luggage transport with the Skidoo. Cosy, rustic, comfortable chalet "Aualm", 1'700 m a.s.l., surrounded by meadows and fields. 2 houses in the residence. 11 km from the centre of Forstau, 12.5 km from the centre of Radstadt, 12 km from the centre of Schladming, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position, 5 m from the skiing area, in the countryside. In the house: sauna (extra). Infrared sauna, spa area, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. 6 km long bumpy motor access to the house (mountain road). Parking (in winter), in winter 6 km. Bus stop "517" 30 m, thermal baths "Alpentherme Altenmarkt" 16 km. Golf course (27 hole) 13 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane, slopes 10 m, ski bus stop 11 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Forstau Fageralm, Reiteralm 3 km, Obertauern 25 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Reiteralm.
