"Chalet Les 3 Marmottes", 4-room chalet 110 m2 on 2 levels. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, shower. Bath/WC. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Beautiful chalet "Chalet Les 3 Marmottes", 2 storeys. Above Moléson, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. Private: small garden. Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (75 steps) to the house. Parking. Grocery 12 km, restaurant 1.9 km, bus stop 1.9 km, thermal baths "Gruyère" 17 km. Walking paths from the house 1 m, skisport facilities 1.5 km, slopes 1.5 km, ski school 1.9 km, sled run 1.9 km.
