Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer) with dining nook. 2 showers/WC, double hand-basin. Floor heating. Top floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 180 cm). 2 double bedrooms. Exit to the balcony. Balcony 7 m2, south facing position, large terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Very beautiful panoramic view. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. There are 2 large wooden loungers for approx. 4 people available for guests in the garden.
