"Chalet Gerritsen", 6-room chalet 280 m2 on 3 levels, north-west facing position. Spacious and bright, modern and luxurious furnishings: entrance hall with separate WC. Large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, cable TV, hi-fi system and Home cinema. Exit to the terrace, north facing position and west facing position. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, cooking island, fondue Set (cheese)). Exit to the terrace. Underfloor heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), bath/bidet/WC and cable TV. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the garden. Shower/WC, Sauna. Upper floor: open office. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin and cable TV. Very beautiful chalet "Alpview VG", 3 storeys, built in 2017. On the outskirts, 1.1 km from the centre, in a quiet position. Private: well-kept garden 1'000 m2 (not fenced). Hot tub. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 1 km, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 1.5 km, railway station "Sion" 17.2 km, outdoor swimming pool 700 m. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, tennis 700 m, skisport facilities 2 km, ski bus stop 600 m, ski-kindergarten 700 m, cross country ski track 5 km, ice rink 1 km, children's playground 850 m.
