The owner's note, Location
This typical mountain chalet with a surface area of 260m² features a large central fireplace in the living room and stone walls. It is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor, a small separate accommodation unit has two bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be pushed together, a shower room, a separate toilet and a small kitchenette.
On the same level, but separate, is a dormitory with four single beds and a shower room with WC.
Passing through the hall, you reach the floor, where there are three bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be pushed together, a shower room, a bathroom and a separate WC. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a huge living room with two large bay windows overlooking the mountains and slopes, and a large balcony.
Another accommodation for 5 people is available on the second floor, reference NDB204-CIGAL.
The entrance hall and laundry room are shared by both accommodations.
This chalet is spacious and located in a quiet area 250 metres from the Mont-Rond slopes.
You have a private outdoor parking space and a ski locker shared with the other accommodation. Green pastures occupied by cows in summer.
This chalet is classified as a 2-star furnished tourist accommodation.
End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.
