You will access a living room with a lounge area equipped with a sofa bed, a bench, a TV and a wood stove, internet. Then a kitchen area equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge freezer... and a dining area. A separate toilet. You will have a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, and its adjoining bathroom, private with a shower, a sink and a washing machine. In front of the cottage you can enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, parasol, plancha. You will share with the owners an enclosed garden of approximately 2500m2 and a chlorine swimming pool measuring 8x4, with a depth of 1m60, secured by a bar cover, open from mid-May to the end of September. The cottage is adjoining the owners' garage and close to their home.
Electric heating and a wood-burning stove are featured. On-site parking is available. This charming cottage for 2 people boasts an authentic half-timbered interior.
