You will have a kitchen area (4 gas burners, dishwasher, mini-oven...), a dining area and a lounge area with a 3-seater sofa, a TV, and a functional fireplace. The living room gives access to a covered terrace with garden furniture, a relaxation lounge, and a barbecue. You will have a suite with a 140x190 bed, an adjoining bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet), and a mezzanine area with a BZ and a TV. Then 3 other bedrooms each with a 140x190 bed. And a bathroom (bathtub, sink and washing machine), then a separate toilet. In the courtyard of the cottage, under a covered terrace you will have a 6-person SPA open from June to September. Around the cottage, an unfenced land composed of meadows, woods, a pond on approximately 50 hectares. Swing for children. Baby equipment on request: travel cot and high chair. This 8-person cottage is a former farmhouse surrounded by approximately 50 hectares of meadows and woods, ideal for enjoying a true country feel. The estate is composed of several authentic buildings, now unoccupied, preserving the soul of the place. With a little patience, you can admire the forest animals and observe life around the pond. After a day full of sightseeing, a 6-seater spa awaits you for a moment of relaxation. Located in the commune of Biron, you can discover its magnificent castle, a place steeped in history. You can also explore the typical Périgord country houses such as Monpazier or Villeréal. The immediate proximity of the Lot River opens the doors to a multitude of excursions.
