The "Tennis" gîte, located near the owner's house, is made up of several well-appointed spaces for a pleasant stay.
On the ground floor, a large, bright living room welcomes you, offering a breathtaking view of the garden. This friendly space includes a comfortable sofa, a television, WIFI access, as well as a dining area. The integrated kitchen, both functional and practical, is fully equipped to allow you to prepare delicious dishes. In addition, a separate toilet is at your disposal.
Upstairs, you will be delighted to discover two air-conditioned bedrooms. The bedroom has a spacious bed measuring 180x200 cm, perfect for comfortable nights of rest. The second bedroom, meanwhile, offers two single beds measuring 90x200 cm, ideal for accommodating friends or family members. To complete this floor, a modern bathroom is also accessible, offering everything you need for your comfort. On the magnificent 2.5 hectare estate, three independent houses are located in a park with century-old trees. Domaine de Mary is located on the heights of Brive-la-Gaillarde, 2 km from the city center, but in a particularly peaceful location. The estate has a large swimming pool heated to 26° accessible from mid-April to mid-October (measuring 13.8mx 14m, with a depth varying from 1.5m to 3m, equipped with a curtain and an alarm), a multi-purpose tennis court and a sports field, games equipment (ping-pong, archery, basketball hoop, football goal), a gym and offers two electric bikes, two folding bikes, two racing bikes and a B'twin bike to explore the beautiful region. These facilities are common to all the gîtes.
