You will enter through a fully equipped kitchen (3 induction burners, dishwasher, microwave...) with central island. The kitchen opens onto the living room with its cathedral ceiling: a dining area for 6 people and a lounge area with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, and pellet stove. You will also have on the ground floor a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, then a garage with washing machine. On the 1st floor, a mezzanine with a library corner and armchairs. Then 2 bedrooms each with a 160x200 bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower. And a separate toilet.
Enclosed garden of approximately 1700m2. Parking in the courtyard.
