House 200m2 from the owners' house, in a wooded park. This wooden chalet, with a main room equipped with a table top refrigerator, microwave, induction, reversible air conditioning, sofa, HDIM cable TV. A bathroom with walk-in shower, WC. You have a bedroom with a 160 cm bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with curtains to separate from the living room, composed of 2 single beds. On the covered terrace you will have access to a whirlpool of dimensions 1.55x1.65 1m deep heated up to 32 degrees open from May to mid-October. Parking space in front of the cottage. A "Greenup" electric vehicle charging point with a sub-meter at the rate of 0.25€/kwh as an option. Only 20 km from Sarlat, medieval jewel of the Périgord, this cottage offers a privileged location in the heart of a semi-wooded landscape, a stone's throw from the Dordogne.
