Single storey cottage not overlooked with access via a private entrance in the upper part (Gîte Liya in the lower part) house located in an area of 4200m2 shared with 2 other cottages. You will have access to a comfortable living room dining room and a fitted kitchen. You will have access to a 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190 then 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160x200, a bathroom with shower of standard dimensions and a WC. A 3rd bedroom with 1 bed of 160x200 has a private bathroom with bathtub and WC. Separate WC. Washing machine shared by the 3 cottages. 2 private terraces with garden furniture and barbecue.
Swimming pool to share with 2 other gîtes, chlorine, 9mx4.5m, depth 1.0m to 1.40m, secured by cover, open and heated from mid-May to the end of September. Baby equipment on request. The price includes: sheets, towels, electricity, heating. The price does not include: cleaning at the end of the stay 50€.
