Air-conditioned house, with views of the surrounding countryside. You will have a main room equipped with a dining area, living room (TV, internet), kitchen with oven, dishwasher, combination freezer, microwave. On the ground floor, a bathroom with a shower cubicle, WC, washing machine.
Upstairs, you will find 2 attic bedrooms: one with a 140x190cm bed and the other with a 160x200cm bed. On the wooden terrace with a beautiful view of the surroundings, you will enjoy a private container swimming pool (chlorine, 1.4m deep and 5x2.50m in size, secured by a custom-made wooden enclosure covering the entire pool extending the terrace) open from June to the end of September. This will be ready for the 2025 season in June. Unfenced land of several hectares. Charcoal barbecue and sun loungers at your disposal. Private parking on site in the property.
