Semi-detached house to the owners' house. A large living room with lounge, TV, fireplace, a dining room and a small kitchen equipped with a counter. Independent access for the 1st bedroom on the ground floor, with a 180x200 bed or 2 90 beds and a separate bathroom with WC. Upstairs, an attic bedroom with a private bathroom (small shower) with WC (sofa bed). You have 2 bedrooms with 140x190 beds which share a bathroom (small shower) opposite the bedrooms and separate WC.
Unheated swimming pool shared with the owners, dimensions 12x6m, salt water, 2.20m at the deepest point, entrance via a ladder secured by a dome and an alarm. The swimming pool is open from May to the end of September.
