The owner's note, Garda Lake
Prestigious lakeside villa in Manerba del Garda with swimming pool, private beach and stunning lake views.
In the splendid setting of Manerba del Garda, just above the port of Dusano stands Villa Flora. Upon entering, you find yourself in a bright living room, from which you can enjoy a complete lake view.
The large French doors, the light colours of the finishes and furnishings, and the orientation of the house further highlight the shades of blue and green that the sky and lake bestow upon the guests of this residence.
The living room is divided into a lounge area and a reading area, from which you access the dining area and open-plan kitchen, all with lake views from every point. Accessing the sleeping area, on the left side you find the main bathroom and a wardrobe, the only rooms without views, and a double bedroom with a small terrace, on the right side of the corridor instead we find a double bedroom and the master room with private bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The property is equipped with screens.
The south-east side of the house is entirely served by a large terrace from which the lake is dominated and from which you can also enjoy the view of the swimming pool and the port behind it.

On the semi-basement floor there is a loggia where you can comfortably park several cars.
The jewel of this house is the swimming pool, with an overflow cascading into the lake, long and narrow for swimming and enjoying the view.
