2-room terraced house 35 m2. Living/dining room with TV (flat screen), air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm). Kitchenette (mini-oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating, air-conditioning. Upper floor: gallery. Sleeping alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm). Terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
