Located 150m from the beach and 100m from the shops, in the quiet Port area. Rue des Frégates is made up of individual houses and small one-story collectives, it offers an ideal location due to its proximity to the beach.
This villa includes a living room with a sofa/double bed and a television (subject to good reception), an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms each with a double bed, a pantry, a bathroom and separate toilets . The house has an annex which consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with WC.
The little extras: Terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, parking in the courtyard. The accommodation also has a dishwasher and a washing machine.
