Open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, 1 pull-out bed, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. (exterior staircase), 1 room with 2 beds.
