Very modern, beautiful apartment block "Apartamentos Barbados". In the centre of Playa del Ingles, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 500 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, laundry, washing machine, tumble dryer. Shop, restaurant 200 m, sandy beach "Playa del Inglés" 1.5 km. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment on request. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Airfield 32 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
