Kitchenette (4 hot plates). Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Parking (fenced 1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance.

Maremma Toscana: Resort "Costa D'Argento". Outside the resort, 13 km from the centre of Capalbio, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach, in the countryside.
