In the south of Mallorca, not far from the town of Campos and close to the famous Es Trenc beach, Finca Can Filadelfo is situated on a plot of approx. 15,000 sqm in a very quiet location. The distance to Campos is approx. 4 km and the beaches in the south of Mallorca can be reached quickly by car. The newly built, rustic Mallorcan house has space for eight people and a small child. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms are available. There is also a spacious living and dining area and a kitchen. The total living space is approx. 250 square metres, internet access and AC in all rooms, and outside there is a spacious terrace adjoining the living room, which is partially covered. The furnished and covered area is ideal as an outdoor dining area and a 10 m x 5 m pool, which is also flanked by terrace areas, is located in a large garden.
