Located 600m from the beach and 400m from the nearest shops, the Les Hauts d'Azur development is situated in the quiet La Vigie district. It is a residential complex with a swimming pool, comprising terraced houses and apartments.
This family holiday rental comprises a living room with a sofa bed and television (subject to good reception), a fully equipped kitchen area, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and a bathroom with toilet and washing machine. On the mezzanine, you will find a sleeping area with two single beds (90cm) and storage shelves.
A small garden with a terrace and garden furniture allows you to have lunch outdoors facing the pine forest. There are no overlooking properties.
