PARC DE LA MER Residence - 6-person pavilion with garden located 1 km from the beach and shops.
Just 1 km from the beach centre and its entertainment, in a luxury residence with shared swimming pool (Open from 01/06 to 30/09 subject to government and prefectural decisions) and secure parking, pretty holiday pavilion comprising:
Entrance via a well-appointed courtyard/small garden, not overlooked, with awning, garden table and chairs, barbecue, deckchairs.
Living room/lounge with TV and 140cm sofa bed, fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, etc.)
Shower room with shower; separate WC
On the mezzanine, 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a 140 cm bed and bedroom 2 with a 90 cm bunk bed.
Air-conditioned pavilion.
The +: Pleasantly decorated and furnished, ideal for family vacations. Air conditioning, swimming pool, private courtyard in the pavilion.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
This rental accepts pets - A supplement of €30 per pet/stay will be requested.
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week
