- A large living room with an exposed stone wall (presence of saltpeter), very bright thanks to a roof window and a bay window overlooking the garden and its well.
- A fully equipped, brand new open kitchen.
- Three bedrooms: including a beautiful bedroom upstairs, with open view and a small toilet area.
