Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm), dining table and TV. Exit to the balcony. Small, open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Gas heating. Balcony, large terrace.
