4-room terraced house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and modern furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Small kitchen (Gas stove, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. On the lower ground floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm), TV and air conditioning. Shower/bidet/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Heating not available in all rooms. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, safe, children's high chair, baby cot. Garage on the property (1 car) at the house, height 230 cm. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Resort "Club dei Pini". 33 houses in the resort. In the district of Lido dei Pini 150 m from the centre of Bibione - Lido dei Pini, 13 km from the centre of Lignano, 100 km from the centre of Venezia, 500 m from the sea. For shared use: property, well-kept garden lawn and trees, swimming pool (15 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Children's pool. In the house: bicycle rental. Shop, restaurant 150 m, railway station "Latisana (Venezia-Trieste)" 21 km, sandy beach 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km. The owner does not accept any groups. Beach service: During summer season 1 parasol and 2 deck-chairs per apartment included in the price.
