Welcome to our charming vacation home in Binic, a picturesque coastal village in Brittany. Ideal for vacations with family or friends, our house offers a spacious and comfortable space for your stay.
The house has an area of 144 m² with a 900 m² garden, offering plenty of space to relax outdoors.
There are four comfortable bedrooms, ideal for up to 10 people.
The bedroom has a double bed, as do the second and third bedrooms with 140x200 cm beds. The fourth bedroom has one double bed and a sofa bed.
There are also two bathrooms, one with shower on the floor and another with shower and WC upstairs.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
A small supply of welcome products/consumables is provided to get your stay off to a good start: coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bin liners, hand soap.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and more. A computer workspace is also available, handy if you need to work during your stay. The house is also equipped with a 5G internet box and wifi 6.
The living room is equipped with a connected TV.
In addition to the comfortable interior, our home offers many outdoor amenities. There's a terrace, a balcony, and a large garden where children can play safely. A barbecue is also available for unforgettable outdoor meals.

"Early check-in" (12h instead of 17h) or "late check-out" (18h instead of 11h) are options available up to 10 days before the start of your stay.
These options are available in exchange for a fee of 30% of the average price of a night, except for late check-out on Sunday, when the fee will be 50% of the average price of a night.
There are 2 exterior cameras that are deactivated when the house is occupied.
One is on the front of the house (high up on the right) and the other on the back.
In order to continue to guarantee the quality of our accommodation, we ask our guests to take the utmost care during their stay. The house is new, we thank you for your commitment to leave it as pretty as you found it!
