Very pleasant 150m2 villa with swimming pool and covered terrace, south-facing, equipped with a jacuzzi, situated on a 3200m2 plot
The villa is close to the town center, shops (400m) and cycle paths. A nearby forest path provides access to the North Lake, which is 2.5 km away. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms (2 with air conditioning) and 4 bathrooms or shower rooms, an air-conditioned living room and a kitchen.
The rental includes end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, and maintenance of the pool and jacuzzi. Wi-Fi internet access is also provided.
