The accommodation consists of a living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen. You will find a convertible sofa bed that can accommodate two people.
The sleeping area includes a bedroom for two people, as well as two bedrooms with two single beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Outside, you will find a private courtyard with garden furniture.

Only 200 meters from the Plage des Dunes 1, the Résidence le Clos des Dunes is ideally located for those who want to indulge in a stay near the beach. You will find many nautical activities to be carried out alone or with others (surfing, paddle, sailing, kite surfing, etc.). A few minutes from the sailing school or at the foot of the cycle paths, its location is ideal. The Residence is made up of 10 individual houses, each with its own private courtyard and a terrace equipped with garden furniture. It has private parking.

• Deposit of €450 to be given to us by check before your arrival or by bank imprint
• Towels are not provided. The rental of a towel kit is 7€ per person
• Optional cleaning fee at €75
• Tourist tax from January 1 to December 31 is to be paid on site according to the current rates
