Designed for serene, intergenerational holidays, this bright, remarkably appointed house is perfect for enjoying all year round. Ideally designed to accommodate up to 8 people, it combines the exceptional comfort of inclusive layout with high-end relaxation facilities, all within a privileged wooded environment.
Living Spaces...
The heart of the villa opens onto a particularly bright and comfortable living area, designed for conviviality. It features a cozy lounge equipped with a TV area and a pellet stove, promising sweet evenings during your off-season stays. Beyond this, you will discover a beautiful American-style kitchen, fully equipped (American fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, etc.), allowing you to easily prepare your meals while enjoying the company of your loved ones.

The house can very comfortably accommodate 8 people. Its major asset, extremely rare on the Vendée coast, is the design of the entire ground floor to be perfectly accessible to People with Reduced Mobility (PRM). Smooth and barrier-free circulation is guaranteed.
On the ground floor:
2 Spacious Bedrooms: Each equipped with a comfortable double bed (140 cm), they share a large common dressing room.
A large accessible shower room and separate toilet, fully compliant with standards, complete this level.
On the floor:
2 Twin Bedrooms: Cozy and restful, each offers two single beds (80 cm), the ideal retreat for children or friends.
A bright shower room and separate toilet ensure complete independence for the occupants of this floor.
Outdoor Spaces and Parking...
The exterior of the villa has been designed as a true cocoon of privacy, cut off from the world. The large terrace invites you to live outdoors: you will find a convivial dining area, an electric plancha for your summer barbecues, as well as a complete garden lounge with sun loungers. For absolute relaxation, a luxurious private outdoor spa (hot tub) awaits you for long moments of relaxation under the pines.
On the practical side, a closed garage is at your complete disposal, ideal for parking and sey storing your bikes, surfboards, or beach equipment. The house is also equipped with a complete laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and provides a complete baby kit (travel cot, mattress, high chair, baby bath).

The villa’s location is a well-kept secret, nestled in the heart of a preserved pine forest. You are only 600 meters from the famous and vast Plage des Dunes, easily accessible on foot. It’s a paradise for surfers, family swimming, and summer rituals (the famous local chichi hut is on your way!). The neighborhood is fully crossed by shaded bike paths, allowing you to adopt a "100% bike" lifestyle to explore the wild coast or reach the lively market of the Halles de Brétignolles.
CONCIERGE FEES AND OPTIONAL SERVICES
To guarantee you a hotel-quality standard and complete transparency regarding preparation fees, which are not included in the platform booking, payment is made directly to our concierge service "Les Clefs de l'Océan" after your reservation.
Mandatory Fees (Essential Services):
End of Stay Cleaning (Mandatory): 170 euros per stay. (The accommodation must still be left in a correct state: clean dishes and emptied trash cans).
Bedding and Household Linen Package (Mandatory): 10 euros per person. This package allows us to provide you with hotel-quality linen (your beds are ready upon arrival), towels (1 large and 1 small per person), and kitchen towels.
Your Comfort Options (Upon Request):
Early Arrival (subject to availability): 50 euros.
Late Departure (subject to availability): 50 euros.
Additional Cleaning During Stay: 39 euros per hour.
Pets (under 25 kg): 15 euros per stay.
Deposit: A deposit of 1,000 euros will be required before your arrival. It is made in the form of a pre-authorization on your bank card (the amount is not debited).
Our team will contact you as soon as your booking is confirmed to arrange payment for these services and offer you our tailor-made services (private chef, bike rental, etc.).

HOUSE RULES
To preserve the beauty of this villa, the interior is strictly non-smoking. Parties and noisy events are not allowed in order to respect the absolute tranquility of this wooded neighborhood. The use of the spa is under the full responsibility of the guests.
