This 200 m² villa, arranged over two levels, welcomes you into a warm, authentic and comfortable setting.
You can relax in the spacious living room with its convivial charm, ideal for spending quality time together and enjoying peaceful moments by the decorative fireplace. From the beautiful adjoining veranda, you can admire the view over the hills and extend your moments of relaxation in a bright, soothing environment.
The large open-plan kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease before sharing them around a generous dining table, perfect for simple and convivial moments. An outdoor utility room is also available, with a washing machine, tumble dryer and an additional fridge/freezer.
Designed to accommodate up to eight guests comfortably, the villa offers four beautiful bedrooms, allowing everyone to choose their own restful space and fully enjoy their stay.
• Bedroom 1 — Ground floor, not air-conditioned: one 160 cm bed, shower room with toilet.
• Bedroom 2 — Ground floor, air-conditioned: one double bed made up of two 80 cm beds, shower and separate toilet.
• Bedroom 3 — floor, air-conditioned: one 160 cm double bed, bathroom and toilet. From your balcony, you can admire the view over the hills.
• Bedroom 4 — floor, air-conditioned: one 160 cm bed, shower room and toilet.
Around the property, a magnificent green park creates an intimate and peaceful atmosphere. You can enjoy a beautiful private swimming pool measuring 7 x 4 metres. After a swim under the southern sun, you can prepare delicious grilled meals on the gas barbecue, then share them on the shaded terrace.
You can easily park up to four vehicles in the private parking area. A caretaker discreetly watches over the estate from an independent house located lower down the property, with no overlooking views towards the villa. You can therefore enjoy a serene, protected and perfectly private setting.
The villa gives you easy access to the treasures of the region. Just 2 km away, the historic village of Callas welcomes you with its charming shops and excellent restaurants. Large supermarkets are located approximately 20 km away, while the beaches of Sainte-Maxime await you 40 km away for beautiful days by the sea.
Please, note that a security deposit in case of damage will be requested directly by your agency before your arrival as well as a specific rental insurance and the tourist tax.
