DescriptionBeautiful holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 12 people, with six bedrooms and four bathrooms distributed in the main house and a separate study by external stairs.The air conditioners are located on the main floor, in the 3 bedrooms, one in the living room, another in the dining room and the last one in the room upstairs.(the apartment below doesn't have)MAIN FLOOR: This spacious villa is accessed by a staircase, (of 5 steps) has a beautiful living room with SAT / DTT TV, from there you can enjoy the large terrace with a magnificent barbecue and incredible views of the Peñon de Ifach and its beaches. Fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and gas cooker. Two bedrooms with bathroom en suite each (Shower), one bedroom has a double bed and the other with two single beds. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. In addition to a separate bathroom with shower. On the UPPER FLOOR is accessed by internal stairs, we find an impressive bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom (shower and bathtub).
