La Pradasella is a charming, typically Italian farmhouse with a heated private swimming pool for 10 people, located in Caprino Bergamasco, at the foot of the Alps in Northern Italy. This characterful holiday home is situated at approximately 450 metres altitude, on a hill between Lecco and Bergamo.
Interior: Authentic Italian charm and cosy comfort
La Pradasella welcomes you with a classic yet cosy interior, where authentic Italian atmosphere is paramount. The thick walls and natural location ensure a pleasant indoor climate, even on warmer days. Air conditioning is therefore usually not necessary. From the kitchen you step straight onto the veranda, where you can enjoy a peaceful breakfast, a fine glass of Italian wine or a long summer evening with a magnificent view over the valley.
There is no wifi, but 4G reception is excellent. This way you can fully enjoy the peace and nature, without being completely cut off from the outside world.
Exterior: Oasis of tranquillity
The farmhouse is located at the end of a dead-end road, on an extensive private plot of more than 1 hectare. You will enjoy an exceptionally quiet location, surrounded by chestnut trees, fruit trees and vineyards, with a breathtaking panoramic view over the Adda valley all the way to Milan (in clear weather).
The swimming pool (open from 01/06 to 30/09) is heated with solar panels. The water temperature cannot be guaranteed. Thanks to the removable pool ladder, the swimming pool can be made extra safe and closed off for young children when not in use.
The natural child-friendly surroundings invite outdoor play and exploration: children can romp in the large garden, build dams in the small streams and set off on forest walks with the family. A wonderful environment for families who like to spend their holiday in nature.

Surroundings: Perfectly located near Lake Como
Various walking routes depart from the domain through the woods and along picturesque valleys. They connect to walking opportunities in the area around Grigne and Valsassina, a beautiful area for lovers of mountain landscapes and active holidays.
Just 500 metres away is the clubhouse with restaurant and the landing site of the local paragliding club. Those who want to admire the surroundings from a completely different perspective can enquire upon request about a tandem jump from Mount Valcava.
The location is also ideal for cultural outings. Discover historic Bergamo, visit vibrant Milan, enjoy the shores and charming villages around Lake Como or explore the area around Lecco.
