"Villa Fontana", 6-room villa 200 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious, comfortable furnishings: living room with 1 double sofabed, digital TV and flat screen. Exit to the garden. 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (160 cm). Dining room with dining table and kitchen corner. Exit to the loggia. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/bidet/WC and air conditioning. 2nd upper floor: (spiral staircase). 1 double bedroom. Electric heating. Large patio partly roofed, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue, sitting area. Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. The house consists of two apartments connected only from the outside. WiFi has good receptionn only by the pool and the breakfast room.
1 km from Monteverdi Marittimo: The country estate comprises several famhouses and a manor house which the owners occupy. The farmhouses are completely separate and have extensive private outdoor areas and are equipped with barbeque and garden furniture. The owner has erected an open air museum in the communal park with his own sculptures. There is also a large communal room available to guests which is suitable for courses or dinners. Dinner and excursions can be arranged on request. There's also a second partial covered and heated swimming pool (measures 3x9) for shared use, open the all year around. Country house "Le Querciolaie". 8 km from the centre of Castagneto Carducci, in a quiet position, 20 km from the sea, in the countryside.
