Large terrace 20 m2, south facing position, large garden 900 m2. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking (fenced 2 cars). Please note: maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
