"Serapias", 5-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed and air conditioning. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 2 beds and air conditioning. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), bath/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds, 1 sofabed, shower and air conditioning. Exit to the garden. Electric heating, air-conditioning. 2 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Carport. Shop 7 km, bus stop 6.5 km, sandy beach 10 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
