Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Delizio), raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Large terrace 60 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Exclusively for the holiday guests there is the possibility to rent the motor boat (2021) during the stay: Morningstar M 498 R for 5 people (driver's license category A), outboard motor: Suzuki DF 80 ATL, bathing platform, fully comprehensive insurance. Deposit CHF 500.00 (insurance deductible), excl. petrol. Guests without a boat license can book a half-day excursion. Please contact the host upon receipt of the travel documents. The boat can be driven all year round.
