Located 7 km from Saint-Tropez, this residence houses a group of chalets with the appearance of Californian houses integrated into a 15-hectare pine-tree-lined site. Ideally located 2 km from the beaches, 1 km from the shops and 7 km from Saint-Tropez, you can easily visit the surrounding villages (Port Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle).
Each house has a beautiful terrace and a parking space.
This chalet of approximately 57 m2 opens onto the living room which leads onto its large terrace.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a single bed. There is a bathroom with a toilet.
For your comfort: Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and ceramic hob, air conditioning in the living room, refrigerator with freezer, pleasant garden furniture.
