Located 7 km from Saint-Tropez, this residence houses a group of chalets with the appearance of Californian houses integrated into a 15-hectare pine-tree-lined site. Ideally located 2 km from the beaches, 1 km from the shops and 7 km from Saint-Tropez, you can easily visit the surrounding villages (Port Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle).
Each house has a beautiful terrace and a parking space.
This chalet of approximately 50 m2 has a beautiful equipped kitchen with a pantry opening onto the living room and a dining area, a pleasant 15m² terrace, and 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160), and one with a single bed bunked over a double bed (140). You will have a bathroom with WC.
For your comfort: Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and hob, air conditioning in the living room, refrigerator with freezer, deckchairs, gas griddle, a baby bed, televisions in the living room and bedroom, 1 Wii game console.
Tennis court rental in the residence.
