Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. We love Brittany, especially the beautiful, large bay of Goulven and the imposing dunes and magnificent sandy beaches of Keremma, just nearby. We are happy to answer your questions. We know the corner really well but such an imposing sea view - we have rarely seen at a holiday home before - we are still overwhelmed by it.

Ideal environment for kitesurfers and windsurfers, as well as other water sports fans, great Jogging opportunities around our house, paradise for walkers hikers and Geocashers with and without four-legged friends.

The Villa is located just a short distance from the Bay of Goulven and the beautiful sandy beaches and huge dunes of Keremma.

The incredibly beautiful sea view is certainly the most important reason why you want to spend your holiday in this pretty typical Breton holiday home. But not to be despised is also the beautiful large garden around the house (dogs are very welcome - please note that there is no closed fencing of the property). The owner has renovated all 5 bedrooms and the bathroom on the floor new and with a lot of individualism. The House offers ample space for a maximum of 8 people. In 5 beautiful bedrooms (3 Double - 2 Single), two bathrooms and one, large, open plan dining and living area with wood burning stove and cozy Sofas. In front of there you have direct access to the garden and the large viewing terrace. The cottage can be reached from a large driveway and The Yard offers ample parking. The Holiday House Ty coz Castel is located very close to the Sea and not far from the magnificent dunes of Keremma and the fine sandy beaches. From the cottage you always have a direct view of the Sea and your beautiful garden. The beautiful holiday home is very, very quiet on The Hill , in the municipality of Goulven in Finistère. The Sea (the Bay of Goulven), the restaurant, The Crèperie and a small Superette are within approx. 500 m away on foot. Nearby (approx. 2km away) you will find the Hotel "La Butte" with two great Restaurants (one with Michelin star) but the most important is the Fournil – the best baker in my opinion far and wide. Those who enjoy Wellness will find a luxurious wellness area here. This paid spa area is also open to hotel guests.

When we were asked by the owner to look at the House and include it in the portfolio of our agency, we immediately fell in love with this typical Breton House. The sea view is truly unique. The spark immediately jumped over and of course we never only remotely thought about not offering the House. We are still enthusiastic about this holiday home, so we take care of this great holiday property with a lot of heart.

Rarely do you find such a fantastic sea view from a holiday home in Finistère. It can already be said that this is a real unique feature of the beautiful holiday home. Not far from the house you are at the magnificent bay of Goulven by the Sea. And the magnificent beaches of Keremma and Plouneour Très are made of the finest Sand and in The Sun the water glows romantic turquoise. Even eight people have ample space in their holiday accommodation. Your beautiful, large garden in front of The View Terrace. So beautifully quiet and then also a short walk to the village , you do not have that at every holiday home. Not to mention the possibility of using for a fee an elegant and large wellness oasis, the nearby hotel.

The beautiful typical Breton holiday home with the most amazing sea view in the region is located very quietly not far from the Sea, in the countryside, in a magnificent natural landscape, in the municipality of Goulven in Finistère. The Bay of Goulven is at your feet and promises a breathtaking sea view, at high tide and sun with a huge turquoise sea area right in your view.

Those who enjoy Wellness can reach the luxurious wellness area of the nearby hotel "La Butte" after about 2 km. , this spa area is paid and also open to hotel guests.

The imposing dunes of Keremma are very quickly reachable from the holiday home (approx. 1 km away). Just behind it stretches the beautiful beach of fine Sand, it is certainly one of the most beautiful in Nordfinistère. Not infrequently you experience turquoise, clear water. The sunsets are also stunningly beautiful and colorful!

In the rising water and in the Wind, they often observe Kite and Wind surfers. Those who do not surf themselves should pay attention to the impressive Sport.

Our house is located in the climatically unique Breton Finistère, on a small hill directly on the Bay of Goulven. Even on foot you can reach a Restaurant and a pretty Crèperie both approx. 500m from the House.

The port city of Brest is quickly reached by car and is located approx. 30 km away in south-west direction from 'COZ CASTEL'.

The port city of Brest Offers Not only Shopping opportunities and Restaurants, but also the famous 'Oceanopolis' (the Aquarium Adventure Park), located next to the Marina, which you should definitely visit.

In addition to Brest, the ferry town of Roscoff with its old, British Granite houses also promises the opportunity for a successful excursion. This is where the Big ferries (through the English Channel) start and land in nearby England or even as far as Ireland. Roscoff is located ca. 35 km east of Plouider. If you do not want to book a crossing to England, visit the 'Ile de Batz', the boats run constantly.

In the vicinity there are some towns, such as Plouescat, Lannilis or Lesneven. Visit the weekly markets!

The location in Finistère is a guarantee of fresh fish and wonderful seafood. Only a few kilometers away, the famous oysters of 'Aber Wrac'h`and' Aber Benoit 'are raised, some claiming the best oysters in Finistère.

No matter which means of transport you arrive, neither the International Airport, the TGV train station, nor the expressway are more than 30 km away.
