Magnificent family estate nestled among the hills with vineyards near Grimaud. Complete privacy with air-conditioned bedrooms, a heatable large swimming pool, a private tennis court, boules court, a sports barn, and a summer kitchen with a covered terrace, located 14 km from Saint-Tropez and 10 km from the sandy beaches of Grimaud.
The estate enjoys a tranquil setting with stunning views and is the perfect destination for an unforgettable holiday with your family and friends.
The generous, heatable pool (12x5m) is set into a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas adjacent to the summer kitchen with a large dining table and lounge set. Here you will also find the sports barn with table tennis and badminton. To top it all off, there is a beautiful hardcourt tennis court with a boules court beside it.
Inside is a fully equipped kitchen, flanked by a long dining table, a few steps down lead into the sitting area. Next to this is a bedroom with terrace doors and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs are four bedrooms. The sixth bedroom is located in the former pigeon house and is accessible from outside.
Boules sets, tennis, badminton, and table tennis rackets and bats are provided.
A tennis coach can usually be arranged.
