This bright villa with high-end amenities is ideal for a family stay in a peaceful and relaxing environment.

With private parking within the property, two private parking spaces in front of the gate, and numerous open spaces in the cul-de-sac, the house is perfectly suited for a family.

The villa, featuring a single-story layout with a swimming pool, offers on the ground floor:

- An entrance hall with a coat rack, shoe storage, and a small console.

- A spacious living area of nearly 70m², filled with natural light thanks to its three French doors opening onto the garden and pool.
The living room is furnished with an L-shaped convertible sofa, a wall-mounted TV, and an Orange fiber internet connection for maximum comfort.
The dining area features a large table that can accommodate for convivial meals.

- An open, fully equipped kitchen with ample storage space. It includes a bar and stools for shared moments.
All necessary tableware and appliances are provided in sufficient quantity to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report.

If upon departure, damage is reported by our concierge, we consider this to be your fault.
