An idyllic atmosphere for your holidays: come and enjoy this magnificent villa, completely renovated with great taste and beautiful high-end equipment. Ground floor consists of: an entrance, beautiful bright living space comprising living room open to kitchen with central island. The latter is equipped with a Cookeo, kettle, Nespresso, combined microwave oven, fridge-freezer, sodastream, crepe maker... Living room with TV, and wifi (fiber) opening onto a pleasant terrace equipped with relaxing garden furniture, furniture exterior and Weber gas barbecue. Bedroom 1: with a 140 bed and cupboards - Bedroom 2: 2 90 beds that can make a double bed (180) and cupboards - the accommodation has a baby cot + a baby high chair + deckchair + baby bath . You will also find a bathroom with storage (washing machine), Italian shower, 1 basin. Independent toilet with washbasin. On the floor, a mezzanine completes this property with a sleeping area (90/190 bed). Electric gate and 1 parking space inside the villa. Dogs ok but no cat.
