Large living/dining room with TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, 4 hobs, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster. Air conditioned bedrooms. Terrace, outdoor furniture (table, chairs and sunbeds). Parking place/garage close to the house. You can see the pool from the garden of this house.
INCLUDED WITH THE RENTAL : A 2 hours Spa access per day and per person (from 16 years old) from Monday to Friday (except bank holidays), 1 hour per week tennis court rental, a special « Resident rate » for the golf course. Car recommended: stores 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach 20 km, Nice airport 80 km.
