Enjoy a spacious 200 m² house ideally located in La Tranche-sur-Mer, a stone's throw from the sea and shops for an unforgettable stay.

This beautiful house in LA TRANCHE SUR MER is ideal for your holidays in a large group, whether with family or friends.
With its generous area of 200 m² and its capacity to accommodate 14 travelers, it offers all the space necessary for everyone to feel comfortable.
Located in the immediate vicinity of the sea and shops, it is the perfect base to fully enjoy the Vendée seaside atmosphere.
The sleeping areas have been designed for everyone's comfort. You will have six bedrooms distributed as follows: four bedrooms are each equipped with a 140cm double bed, while two other, more spacious bedrooms offer 160cm beds. To complete these sleeping arrangements, the living room has a comfortable sofa bed.
Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.
To make your daily life easier, the house is fully equipped.
You will find two bathrooms, which is a real plus for groups.
The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and even a raclette grill for convivial gatherings. A washing machine and dryer are also available, a welcome convenience for longer stays, as well as an iron and hairdryer. A Nespresso machine is provided for your breakfasts, and fans are available if needed.
The house has a Wifi connection and your pets are welcome.
