Welcome to Villa Les Hauts du Lac, a vast and magnificent property nestled in the heart of the Landevieille countryside. Designed to offer an extraordinary experience for large families and groups of friends, this exceptional residence can accommodate up to 16 people. Its main asset lies in its extraordinary interior and exterior spaces, as well as the incredible richness of its leisure facilities. It is a true paradise for all generations, where the luxury of space combines with the beauty of a preserved natural environment, just steps away from the water.
Living Spaces...
The ground floor is designed for practicality and sharing moments with a large group. You will find two beautiful dining rooms ideal for bringing the whole family together, as well as a very large, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing generous feasts. For flawless logistics, a large pantry (also serving as a laundry room) complements this space, offering a washing machine, dryer, as well as an additional refrigerator and freezer.
But the real jewel of the house is on the floor: a huge space entirely dedicated to relaxation and leisure! Particularly appreciated by our travelers, it includes a cozy living room with a wood stove, television, and Nintendo Switch, a rich library, a play area with a mat for the little ones, and an authentic game room equipped with a pool table and darts. It is the perfect place to relax while the children play freely.
Sleeping Arrangements...
The night area is remarkably arranged to ensure rest and privacy for everyone, with 5 beautifully sized bedrooms:
The Master Suite: A large double bed (180x200 cm), a spacious dressing room, and a private shower room with toilet.
Three Beautiful Double Rooms: Each equipped with a "King Size" bed (180x200 cm). One of them also has a quality sofa bed.
The Dormitory (Room 5): The perfect retreat for children and teenagers, offering 4 bunk beds (i.e., 8 comfortable beds of 90x200 cm).
For the comfort of your group of 15 people, the house is perfectly sized: in addition to the shower room in the suite, you have a bathroom with a bathtub, a total of 4 toilets, and a superb additional shower room housing... an authentic wooden sauna!
Outdoor Spaces and Wellness Area...
The calm and green outdoor environment invites total disconnection. You will enjoy a beautiful outdoor pool and a spa (hot tub) for your moments of pure relaxation. The garden is a true private holiday club: pétanque court, outdoor games for children, and above all, a large covered shelter. This sheltered space is fabulous for outdoor living regardless of the weather, offering a dining area, a plancha, and traditional games (Breton palets, darts).

The property enjoys an idyllic location in Landevieille. In the immediate vicinity of the house, within walking distance, the superb Lac du Jaunay awaits you. This vast natural and preserved body of water allows you to practice a multitude of outdoor activities with the family: paddleboarding, pedal boating, fishing by boat, or sublime hikes on the trails along the shores. You can thus enjoy the calm of lush nature, while knowing that the superb fine sandy beaches and the lively Vendée coast (Brétignolles-sur-Mer) are only a ten-minute drive away.
CONCIERGE FEES AND OPTIONAL SERVICES
To guarantee you a hotel-quality standard and complete transparency, preparation fees are not included in the online booking. Payment is made directly to our concierge service "Les Clefs de l'Océan" after validation of your stay.
Mandatory Fees (Essential Services):
End of Stay Cleaning (Mandatory): 250 euros per stay. (The accommodation must still be left in a correct state: clean dishes and emptied trash cans).
Bedding and Household Linen Package (Mandatory): 10 euros per person. This package allows us to provide you with hotel-quality linen (your beds are made upon arrival) and towels.
Tourist Tax (Mandatory): Variable depending on your booking.
Your Comfort Options (Upon Request):
Early Arrival (subject to availability): 200 euros.
Late Departure (subject to availability): 200 euros.
Additional Cleaning During Stay: 39 euros per hour.
Deposit: A deposit of 2,000 euros will be required before your arrival. It is made in the form of a pre-authorization on your bank card (the amount is not debited). Our team will contact you as soon as your booking is confirmed to arrange payment for these services.
