Villa La Bonne Etoile is the ideal property for families and friends looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and relax in an inspiring and tranquil environment.
Located in the spectacular Esterel hills, a 30-minute drive from Nice Airport. A tranquil oasis, away from the crowds, yet close enough to some of the best beaches on the French Riviera.
Villa La Bonne Etoile is located in Les Adrets de L'Esterel; a 20-minute drive from the beaches, 30 minutes from Cannes, Nice, Fréjus and Saint Raphaël.
KITCHEN :
The kitchen is fully equipped with new modern appliances and utensils with everything you may need to prepare meals at home, including:
- Nespresso & Krups filter coffee machines
- Large refrigerator/freezer
- Oven, induction hob, microwave oven
- All glasses, cutlery, dishes, cups, ice bucket, etc. that customers may need.
- There is also a Gas Weber outdoor barbecue - with all the necessary utensils.
DINING ROOM:
There are 2 x dining tables, one inside and one outside. They are both extendable and can seat up to 12 people.
LIVING ROOM/CHAIRS:
There is an indoor lounge with a SMART TV
Wifi - works in the house, however, does not reach the pool area.
Outdoor seating on the upper terrace with umbrella and a second lounge area poolside.
POOL :
A large private swimming pool (11m x 6m), with 10 x sun loungers and parasols.
There is a child safety fence around the pool.
The swimming pool is equipped with an alarm for added safety when children are present.
ROOM 1:
The only room located on the 2nd floor (top floor).
King size bed (160 x 200).
En-suite bathroom with bath, shower over bath, toilet and sink.
Large private balcony overlooking the pool and hills beyond.
ROOM 2:
King size beds (160x200).
Adjoining bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

*This room does not have an exterior window or view.

You'll also find a desk with a chair and lamp for remote work. The Wi-Fi router also provides internet access for guests in the studio if needed.
PLAYGROUND:
There is a playground for small children with a slide and a swing.
There is also a Wendy house in the garden with children's toys.
We also have board games for the whole family.
PARKING:
There is secure parking on the property for up to 5 vehicles.
PASSENGER ACCESS:
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay and will be greeted in person upon arrival.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Linen is provided and included in the cleaning fee (bed linen, towels, tea towels and pool towel).
You may be asked to pay an additional tourist tax depending on the booking platform you choose.

To make your arrival easier, check-in will be done online via a link we'll send you once your booking is confirmed. Afterward, you'll have access to a digital welcome booklet available to you throughout your stay. It contains all the information you need about the check-in procedure, how the accommodation works, useful addresses, and more.

A deposit in the form of an online bank imprint may be requested at the time of booking depending on the platform through which you choose to book our accommodation.
