Located in Les Portes-en-Ré, in a preserved natural environment, Villa Grand Marchais opens its doors to you for a unique experience combining modernity, elegance and authenticity. Expanded in 2024, this exceptional residence elegantly combines the charm of exposed stones and high-end equipment, offering an ideal setting to recharge your batteries.
As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by its 8 spacious rooms, which can accommodate up to 18 people. The villa consists of multiple living spaces, including a main house, an annex, an outbuilding and a studio dedicated to service staff if necessary. Three fully equipped kitchens, including a summer kitchen with an outdoor dining area, will allow you to share convivial moments in complete freedom.
Located on an enclosed plot of 6,500 m², without any vis-à-vis, the villa offers direct access to the beach via a small private road. Enjoy breathtaking sea views, especially from the elevated seafront terrace, ideal for enjoying an unforgettable sunset. The heated outdoor pool, its pool house, as well as its petanque court promise privileged moments of relaxation.
