Exit to the balcony. Shower/bidet/WC. Top floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 2 sleeping facilities. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating not available in all rooms. 2 small balconies, patio, small garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: safe. Reserved parking (2 cars) at the house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
