House located in a privileged area just 800 metres from the tranquil beach of Llafranc - one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Brava! Close to all shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Outdoor area with private swimming pool (8 x 4m), chill out area, barbecue and garage.

Maximum capacity for 8 people.

Recently renovated house of 225 m2 distributed over 2 floors and surrounded by a large terrace with panoramic mountain views. On the floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, 1 toilet, and direct access to the furnished terrace.

Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking: gas cooker, cutlery, frying pans, combi fridge, wine fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. 1 bathroom (bathtub). On the ground floor there is a suite with a double bed and shower, 2 double bedrooms, and 1 double room (2 single beds) all with access to terrace.
