Escape to a beautiful villa with a fenced and child-friendly garden where privacy, tranquility and a fantastic view of the Massif de Maures are central. The villa has numerous outdoor facilities, such as a trampoline, table tennis table, boules court, sandpit, slide and a football field for children to play. Moreover, the villa is just a short drive from the charming Lorgues, with its famous Provençal market on Tuesdays, and just three quarters of an hour from the coast with resorts such as Sainte-Maxime, Fréjus and Saint-Tropez.

The villa has a beautiful driveway with ample parking and a heated swimming pool of 15 x 6.5 meters with sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace. There is a covered terrace with a dining table and grill.

Inside, the villa is spacious and bright, with a modern living room with television and sliding doors that provide access to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with all amenities, such as a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and espresso machine.
